First, the owner is first class, Adam, great leader of our crew of four men that worked two full days removing trees, bushes and stumps. Outstanding equipment with four guys that know how to operate it safely and properly. I highly recommend this company to remove trees, bushes and stumps. I have more work for them later this year. They were there on time both days ready to work all day to get the job done right. Great guys that work well together. Climbers in unique bucket got the job done fast. Treecraft and their entire team were amazing from start to finish! The same day I called about an estimate, Adam was there within a of couple hours. He left after giving me a run down of prices for different services and a date I could schedule. Adam and his crew showed up today to trim our trees that had branches touching our neighbor’s roof and looming over his property. Adam, as well as his entire crew, were friendly, courteous, and professional. They completed the entire job in just over 30 minutes! Adam was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and reasonable. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take any before pictures, but please imagine giant branches spanning into my neighbor’s property, touching his roof, and even bending in towards our own house. All is completely cleared away now! There were even a couple of branches that had snapped and fallen during a particularly windy night and the crew cleaned those up for me as well. I will definitely be using Treecraft again for our tree’s (eventual) removal and recommend them to anyone who is in need of tree cutting/trimming/removal services.

We had two uprooted leaning trees and three very tall pines that were dead to the point where they didn’t have any bark left. The guys from Treecraft were working down the street so I stop and asked if they wanted to give me an estimate. I’ve never really had any success doing that in the past. It can be really hard to even get contractors to come out. They stopped by less than an hour later, gave me a price and a date they could do the work and I agreed.I only wanted the trees cut into 18inch or so sections and dropped in our woods. They have one of those cool cherry picker rigs that worked like a dream. I asked them to try to not destroy any of the Magnolias I am fostering along the edge of the yard and they did an exceptional job in that regard. I even asked them when they showed up if they could cut one low-hanging branch on another tree that we had not talked about during the estimate. I asked if they could just cut and drop it as I would take care of it from there. They went the extra step of cutting it up and tossing it into the woods for me. When they were done, they asked if they could use the house to wash the dirt off the wheels. Really left no trace that anything was done unless you deliberately looked into the woods. Very happy with the job they did and I will surely be calling them again in the future.

I learned a long time ago it only cost 10 percent more to go 1st.. class in fact I was so impressed with his professionalism I'm having him cut 3 more trees down. Highly recommend! These guys were great! Wonderful service from my first phone call to cleaning up the workspace. We had a large tree very close to our house with many limbs hanging over our roof. Our Highland Forest neighbors recommended TreeCraft, noting that they had had several very positive experiences with Adam and his associates. Our experience today was equal to our neighbors’ high praise. We had quite a few large limbs removed from a number of overgrown, mature trees, a number of “widow makers” eliminated, and we had an out-of-control, enormous Bradford pear tree removed altogether, to include having its stump ground. Everything was accomplished very professionally. All work areas were left in immaculate condition. We most definitely will call TreeCraft again when we next need their expert services. TreeCraft did an excellent job removing two large pine trees from our backyard. One tree was against our backyard fence and somewhat close to the back of our house, but that wasn't a problem. From start to finish, they were professional and friendly. They cleaned up so well that by the time they left, it didn't even look like they had been working at the house all day. I have three large pine trees in front of my house and the branches were extending far out from the tree itself. These guys are the best. On time, insanely hard-working, efficient, absolutely sweet as pie. We had 4 HUGE sweet gums taken out, 2 of them were right next to our house on a hill, another was against our neighbor's weak, old fence (also on the hill) and they took them all down like champs, no damage at all. I called TreeCraft for the removal of a 50-foot tall dead pine tree from my backyard. They were extremely responsive in coming out to the house within a few business days to take a look at the tree and provide a quote for the removal. Adam took the time to explain the process for removal and cost and answered all of my questions.

They were back out within the next two weeks to remove the tree and were very prompt and efficient. The proximity of the tree to our house, fence, and the road made this a tricky removal (from my view) but the crew quickly and safely had it down in no time at all.

The clean-up of our backyard was so thorough that it looks like the tree was never even there! If we ever need to have another tree removed, I'll be calling them again!
